Welcome to Meetsap! These Terms and Conditions establish a legally binding agreement between you and Meetsap. By accessing or using our application and services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

By downloading, installing, registering with, or using the Meetsap mobile application or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue all use of the application.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration
Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use Meetsap. By registering, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Account Security

You register using your valid mobile phone number and OTP verification. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete profile information. Impersonating another person or entity is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

2. Community Standards & Acceptable Use Policy

Meetsap is built on mutual respect, empathy, and meaningful communication. We maintain a Zero-Tolerance Policy against abusive, dangerous, or illegal behavior.

Prohibited Conduct:

You agree that you will NOT:

  1. Broadcast, transmit, or display any content that is obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, vulgar, or involves nudity during video calls or in profile photos.

  2. Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, defame, bully, or discriminate against any user based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.

  3. Solicit, exchange, or publish personal off-platform contact information (such as personal banking info, physical addresses, or private phone numbers) for commercial exploitation or solicitation.

  4. Record, screenshot, intercept, or distribute other users' video/audio streams or profile content without their express prior written consent.

  5. Engage in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, spamming, phishing, or extortion.

  6. Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or unauthorized third-party software to access or manipulate Meetsap.

Violation Consequences: We reserve the unconditional right to suspend, terminate, or permanently ban any account found in violation of these rules without refund of remaining coin balances, and to report illegal conduct to law enforcement authorities.

3. In-App Coins, Wallet & Billing Terms
Virtual Currency

Meetsap utilizes virtual units known as "Coins" (or credits). Coins are not legal tender, do not possess monetary value outside the platform, and cannot be traded, exchanged, or redeemed for fiat currency by standard users.

Call Billing

Audio and video calls are charged on a per-minute rate (standard default: 15 Coins/minute, or the rate explicitly displayed on the user/listener card).

  • Billing calculations occur on active, connected calls. Deductions occur at predetermined intervals from your in-app coin wallet.
  • If your wallet coin balance is exhausted during an active call, the call session will be automatically and gracefully disconnected.
Purchases

Coin packages can be purchased via approved payment gateways. Prices include applicable taxes. All purchases are processed through secure third-party billing providers.

Refund Policy

All coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds are only evaluated in cases of verified duplicate billing or technical payment gateway failures where coins were not credited to the user's wallet.

4. Listener & Host Creator Terms
Independent Contractor

Verified listeners are independent service providers and not employees, agents, or partners of Meetsap.

Call Quality & Conduct

Listeners must provide a safe, courteous, supportive, and respectful conversational experience, adhering strictly to our Community Standards.

Earnings & Payouts

Listeners earn coins from received calls based on agreed revenue-sharing ratios, subject to administrative commission fees. Payouts are made to verified accounts upon reaching the minimum withdrawal threshold, subject to KYC identity verification.

Termination

Meetsap reserves the right to revoke verified listener status at any time for policy non-compliance or poor ratings.

5. Blocking & Reporting Mechanism

Instant Block: You may block any user at any point during or after a call. Blocking permanently terminates communications and hides profile visibility between both parties.

Reporting: You may submit reports detailing abusive behavior. Our safety moderation team reviews reported sessions and takes corrective action, including issuing warnings, temporary bans, or device-level blacklisting.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
"As-Is" Provision

Meetsap is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.

Call Connectivity

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, latency-free, or error-free call connections, as real-time audio/video transmission depends on third-party mobile networks, ISP bandwidth, and device specifications.

User Interactions

Meetsap does not conduct criminal background checks on all users. You are solely responsible for your interactions and conversations with other users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meetsap, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, UI designs, codebases, audio assets, and software components associated with Meetsap are the exclusive intellectual property of Meetsap. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
